Refund Policy

Refunds are issued by TCE only when:
  • The order is cancelled by the customer; or

  • The customer returns a product and requests for a refund

  • When the product ordered by customer is not in stock.

 

Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation, we will send you an acknowledgement via SMS/Email to your registered mobile number/email id.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
